Mount the CD or ISO file to the file system first:

# Mkdir/media/iso

To mount a disc:

# Mount/dev/cdrom/media/iso

or mount the ISO file:

Mount-o Loop/root/rhel-server-6.4-x86_64-dvd.iso/media/iso

Then modify the contents of the/etc/yum.repos.d/rhel-source.repo file as follows:

[Rhel-source]

name=red Hat Enterprise Linux $releasever-$basearch-source

Baseurl=file:///media/iso/server

Enabled=1

Gpgcheck=0

Yum installs the software using a CD or ISO file.
