Treeview in siverlight 2.0 was used in recent projects. The Treeview In the MS toolkit is actually quite powerful. However, the drag and drop operations may involve node dragging, which makes implementation a little troublesome. I accidentally discovered this liquid controls website. Its Treeview implementation is really handsome.

In its latest controls [Silverlight 2 controls v5.1.8 released], there are about 20 controls: Treeview, menu, and Rich Textbox. If you are interested, you can view it on your website.
