Mac cannot upgrade six, NumPy, etc.

OS 10.10 Above, will appear you can not directly use the PIP to upgrade to six, NumPy, etc., the error is not a variety of permissions, plus sudo results are the same, the reason is MacOS System integrity Protection (SIP).

Solution: Click on the Mac Apple icon to select Restart and hold Command+r until you enter the Restore Mode selection utility, then click the terminal input csrutil disable press ENTER to restart the computer

If the change after the system security is not reduced, you can upgrade the first numpy and so on and then change back:
Just change the 5th step to Csrutil and enable it.
