Network printers
Step One: Open "System Preferences" and click "Print and Fax", as shown below
Step Two: Click the "+" button in the image below to add the printer.
Step three: Click the "IP" button, fill in the address of the network printer IP address, click "Add", the following figure
Step four: Do not check the "Duplex Printing unit", click "Continue", the following figure
Step five: Right click on the printer, set it as the default printer can be, the following figure
Sharing printers
Step One: Open "System Preferences" and click "Print and Fax", as shown below
Step Two: Click the "+" button in the image below to add the printer.
Step three: Click the "Windows" button, in the following list box from left to right to display the group and computer names, select the computer name of the shared printer, as shown below.
Step four: Enter the host user name and password provided for this printer share, click "Connect", as shown below
Step five: Select the shared printer model, click "Add", as shown below
Step Six: Click "Continue", as shown below
Step Seven: Right click on the printer, select "Set the default printer" that completes the connection of the shared printer, as shown below
