MAC command not found problem description

A Mosquitto service is installed on Mac today via brew install Mosquitto, using brew services start Mosquitto, Brew services stop Mosquitto to turn off the service.
However, command not found error will be reported when starting the service via Mosquitto-c/usr/local/etc/mosquitto/mosquitto.conf
