As if the system has been upgraded to Maverick and there is no/usr/include folder, which contains the compilation of C/D + + files, Apple naturally does not think that every person who bought a Mac is developed, so by default remove it, there are two ways to install it:

1) Open the terminal and enter:

xcode-Select --install

The prompt to install the command-line development tool will pop up, and you can click "Install" to install a separate tool, and/usr/include will appear when the installation is complete.

2) or you can choose to install Xcode First and then install command line Tools via Xcode.
