Press the OPTION key (Alt key) at startup

This method is the most commonly used method and the most common method. Method 2:

After entering the OS x system, find "boot Disk" in System Preferences, select "Macintosh HD OS X" or "Windows", and click on the "Reboot" button to set the default entry system after the next boot.
