MacOS Mail CPU consumes 100% and memory is increasing

The final solution to my problem seems to be to clear the log of the mail program.

Through "activity Monitor" to see the mail open file, there is a directory of logs;

Go inside to see if a log file actually reaches 1.77GB, and a few are hundreds of MB, delete all log files.

After you restart mail, you find that mail is running normally.
