Making teaching and lecture animation skillfully with PPT

PowerPoint has been widely used in teaching and lectures, it replaces people to teach, can save manpower, and can not be limited by time and place. For example, we take the process of desulfurization of ammonia and desulphurization (that is, using ammonia to remove hydrogen sulfide gas from half water gas), use PowerPoint to achieve the following process demonstration process: Half water gas by the fan to the bottom of the Desulfurization tower, hydrogen sulfide by the top of the ammonia absorption, purified by the half of the water gas from the tower of the discharge. Absorption of hydrogen sulfide after the ammonia water pumped to the top of the regeneration tower, from the bottom of the tower blown into the air, the ammonia hydrogen sulfide in the solution from the top of the tower vent. The regenerated ammonia is sent to the Desulfurization tower for recycling.

First, use the drawing tools in PowerPoint to draw the flowchart shown in Figure 1.

Secondly, we will design the animation according to the route direction in the flowchart.

1. Draw a section of a bold and heavier line, so that it covers the original flow line. As shown in Figure 2. To make the dynamic effect obvious, we change the line color to make it different from the original flow line color. If the original is black, now blue.

2. Click on the right side of the line, pop-up shortcut menu, select "Custom Animation", as shown in Figure 3.

3. In the New Pop-up dialog box, select Effects, and in the animation and sound animation drop-down menu, choose Stretch from left. As shown in Figure 4. That is, the animation we define for the segment is "stretching from the left". The remaining options are the default values.

4. Repeat 1 to 3 of the operation, the process segments in the diagram in order to cover the design completed. The order is not wrong, otherwise very troublesome yo. To enhance the effect, you can also set different material lines to different colors. Here by the way, the direction of stretching can not be selected as "from the left" Ah!

Three, now we have to design the time of each line animation execution.

1. Click Right on the first line, pop up the Custom Animation dialog box, click the Order and Time option, and in the right "Start animation" option, select "Mouse clicks". As shown in Figure 5. So we can start by clicking the mouse as we play the animation.

2. In order for the animation to be completed automatically after the full process demo, we will set the remaining line "Start animation" option all to "in the previous event 0 seconds, automatically start."
