After The creation, or during use, you will often encounter an error -- The Managed Metadata Service or Connection is currently not available:

Generally, this error is caused by two reasons:

The first reason may be that the Service is unavailable. Start the corresponding service in Services:

The second reason may be that the Application Pool in IIS does not exist:

Generally, the problem can be solved after these two locations are started.
