Typically, the management Term The thing should not have Farm Administrator To do, but should be specific to the business sector, because only they know how to manage Term . SharePoint employs a top-down hierarchical permission design to assign different administrative rights to different people. From large to small: Farm administrators, term store administrators, group administrators, and contributors.
Server farm Administrator (Farmadministrator)
Needless to do, farm administrators have the highest permissions, can create new, delete modifications that belong to the library, and can assign and manage other people's permissions.
Term Store Administrator (termstore Administrator)
You can create, delete Termgroup, can be for the subordinate's Term Group set up and modify the group administrator.
The term store administrator also has all the permissions of the group administrator.
3. Group Administrator (termgroup administrator)
Group Admins can import term sets, assign Contributor permissions
and has all the permissions of the participant.
4. Participants (contributor)
Create, rename, copy, Reuse, move, and delete term sets.
Modify the description of the term set, owner, contact, stakeholder, commit policy, and whether the term set is available for tagging.
