Maven updates the remote repository too slowly.

1. When maven updates and downloads the jar package, the download speed is extremely slow because the jar package is downloaded from a foreign server by default.

 

2. Accelerate jar package download by setting the image

 

3. In the maven installation directory, configure the image in/config/settings. xml.

 

4. Add the image to mirrors in line 2 of the configuration file.

The parameters in id, mirrof, and name can be entered at will, mainly the url address. The url address can be a domestic maven library address that is relatively fast.

 

5. After adding the image, update and download the jar package quickly.

 

6. If you find that the update speed is still slow in myeclipse, you can use the command line method to update the jar package.
