We have previously reported about the MeeGo Development Plan logging into China. Recently, a video of the latest MeeGo interface appeared in the US media. Unlike the previous MeeGo interface, the MeeGo UI element on the video is divided into four parts: multi-task switching and integration of social media, the OVI store and music interface further shows how Nokia is trying to catch up with the smart phone trend. Similar to WebOS and iOS, we can clearly see Nokia's strength.
For the progress of MeeGo on the interface, refer to the following key points. We can see the improvement in the user experience.
Integration of social media with the home screen and Contact Interface
One of the most popular features of the Maemo 5 System on Nokia N900 is its unified inbox function and the ability to integrate contacts with social media and IM status. The integration of the MeeGo system interface and social media is further improved, providing a more consistent user experience. The integration interface shown in the lower right is also similar to the interface processing of the Gravity facebook module.
Application Interface
On the application interface, we can see the interface similar to Apple iOS and its previous product Apple Newton. The interface style is concise and clear.
Multi-task interface
Music player interface
From the above interface, we can see that MeeGo has made great progress, not only in the interface, but also in the user experience and application form.
