In an enterprise or home network, you want to set up network permissions for a computer terminal, such as the time to control the Internet, access to the target site, and so on. For example : A small business environment, the need for managers of the computer unrestricted, all employees in the working hours can not access the Internet, not working hours online unrestricted. According to the requirements we only need to do the following configuration:

Third, set up the method

1 , enter the Setup interface

Enter the melogin.cn login router interface in the browser's address bar and click on the Advanced Settings in the upper-right corner of the page, as shown below:

Click on the Internet control > Behavior Management , enter the Setup interface, as shown below:

2 , set Manager computer Internet access rules

① Add New Rule

Click Add on the Settings screen to add access to the manager's computer. Click on the configuration of the managed host bar, as shown below:

② Add Managed Host

The managed host can be the MAC address or IP address of the host, adding the MAC address of the manager computer here, as shown below:

③ Add Access Target

Access targets that can be accessed by the Web site address, you can combine the actual need to fill out access targets, in this case, the manager can access any target , click Use , the following figure:

④ Add Schedule

The manager can access any Web site at any time, so select any time , as shown in the following figure:

⑤ Save Settings

Add Manager Computer rules complete, click Save , as shown below:

As can be seen from the above rules, we can set a certain time period for a computer's MAC address to allow/disable access to specific targets, please set up with your actual needs.

3 , set up the staff computer Internet rules

Similar to adding manager Internet rules, click Add to set employee access rules. In this example, the Internet rules are controlled by the employee's IP address segment (all computers). The following figure:

① Add Employee Host

You can limit the permissions of a computer by IP address, where the IP address segment is used to restrict all employees, as follows:

Note : The IP address segment here contains the manager's IP address, but the manager's rules are in the front (higher priority), so there is no conflict.

② Add Access Target

Add a target that employees can access during a non-working time, in this case the employee can access any target, as shown in the following figure:

Add a non-working time period for the employee as follows:

Save the configuration. After the configuration is complete, the rules are as follows:

4 , enable the Internet control function

Filter Rule Select Allow behavior management by allowing only the behavior of the Internet in the list of rules (the rules in the table allow other non conforming rules to be allowed).

At this point, the Internet control rules are set up, managers computer Internet access is not limited, staff computers in working hours can not access the Internet.

You may be concerned about the following issues:

1 , set up after the Internet control does not take effect, how to do?

A : Please check if the managed host is a true Internet terminal, confirm that the access target is set correctly, verify that the router system time is synchronized and that the Internet time is set correctly, and that the final check rule is enabled and the default rule is correct.

2 , how to limit a computer / mobile phone can not surf the internet, other terminals are OK?

If necessary, add a rule to access any target for this computer/phone at any time, and the default rule is to "only disable Internet behavior in the rule list". Because the rules that were added are blocked, the managed computer is not able to access the Internet and other computers are not restricted.

3 , how do I set up only one Web site to be allowed?

You can add specific access targets for certain hosts, add to the Access target: DNS service (UDP 53 port), domain name keywords for the target site (such as the Mercury site is Mercury). The default rule chooses to allow only the behavior of list rules.
