When you make a mail merge in a Word2010 document, if you confirm that the letter that was generated after the merge is accurate and that there are no special requirements for all the recipients ' letters, you can merge directly into the printer (that is, print the merged results directly), as described in the following steps:
Step 1th, open the Word2010 document window and switch to the mail ribbon. In the Finish group, click the Finish and Merge button, and select the Print Document command from the Open menu, as shown in Figure 1.
