Microsoft will launch the CRM mobile Express version, the online version, to support all HTML 4.0 compatible browsers, not just windows
Mobile. Symbian, palm, RIM etc. This express can be used as long as the browser supports html4.0.
The version is only connected to the mobile phone to browse CRM.

• Ten digits Alliance
Microsoft has partnered with tendigits to launch an mscrm Application Suitable for Windows Mobile and BlackBerry smartphones. Different from Express, Microsoft has a local database that allows offline browsing.

• Microsoft System Center Mobile Device Manager 2008
This function is designed for Windows Mobile 6.1 operating systems and enhances the management and security of CRM mobile devices.

This is a set of free plug-ins for CRM, developed by Microsoft and its partner and of universal application significance. It seems that ISVs should pay attention to this part. The released acceleration plug-in is as follows:
