Microsoft Azure provides the following two ways to manage Azure resources and services
One, the Azure portal
Two, Azure Powershell
You'll need to sign in with one or more Microsoft accounts or organizational accounts related to your Azure subscription.
Azure Portal Management
Http://manage.windowsazure.com
http://manage.windowsazure.cn/
With the full portal, you can:
V provides services
V Management Services
V Add co-administrator
Detailed Features:
§ Provision of services
You can click the New button on any page to create a service
new instance of the. Most services provide a dialog box that enables user-defined settings before the service is created. The service configuration is asynchronous, and the indicator at the bottom of the page shows the current activity. You can expand the indicator to display a list of completed and running tasks.
§ Management Services
The services you receive are listed on all project pages and on specific service pages. The list shows the name, status, and specific service settings for each service. Click a service name in the list to view the dashboard for that service instance, with multiple tabbed sub-pages to view and configure specific service settings. In most cases, you can use a dynamic toolbar with related icons at the bottom of the sub-page.
§ Add co-admin
When you provide an Azure subscription, you are automatically designated as an administrator for that subscription and can manage all the services and settings for that subscription. You can add co-administrators in the Settings tab of the management portal by specifying the e-mail addresses of the individual users to whom you want to grant administrative privileges.

Problems:
What is a subscription?
In Azure, a subscription is like a phone SIM card. Customers buy China Mobile and Unicom's SIM card (after paying), they can use China Mobile or Unicom SIM card, call, text, or internet browsing. By the end of each month, China Mobile and Unicom will express two mobile phone bills separately;
In azure, create and use Azure services such as: virtual machines, storage, SQL Database, and so on.
By the end of the month, the Azure system will produce a detailed usage checklist:
Tell the user what the total cost of the virtual machine is in a subscription, how much is the total cost of the storage, and what the total cost of SQL Database is.
What is the relationship between an Azure account and a subscription?
