Microsoft Edge Browser Usage Tips

1. Quest Edge Cache Folder location

The cached folder for IE is easy to locate or reset through the Internet Options window. The Edge Buffer folder location Search is a problem, let alone redirect.

We get the position by an experiment. 2. Find the edge of the main program path

3. Custom Edge Download Path

Edge The default download path is the system's "downloads" folder. If you want to modify the location of this folder, there are a number of ways.

You can change its default path location by right-clicking on the System Downloads folder, modifying the folder's Location property, and moving its target to a new location (Figure 4).

You can also change the download path by modifying the registry. Run regedit with the Win+r key, open Registry Editor, and navigate to the Hkey_current_usersoftwaremicrosoftwindowscurrentversionexploreruser Shell Folders, in the right window, locate the key value at the beginning of "{374de290", double-click the entry and change the value "%userprofile%downloads" to the new path (Figure 5).

Small tips:

There is also a quicker way: if the system is installed with the Software Cube tool, start the master set, select "Download" and click "Change Path", select a new location.

4. Baidu to the edge of the search

Edge Browser search function and Microsoft Search closely combined. Not only start edge will be able to immediately enter the MSN Chinese web search, but also a magical function--in the address search bar does not enter the address, directly input keywords can be called Microsoft Bing search engine. But if users only like Baidu, let Baidu to take over the two search is not impossible.
