An error occurred while attaching the database to the server PT-PCSQLEXPRESS. (Microsoft. SqlServer. Express. Smo

The physical file "E: XXX ***. mdf" cannot be opened ". Operating system error 5: "5 (access denied .) ". (Microsoft SQL Server, error: 5120)

Solution:

The Directory (that is, the folder) has insufficient permissions. Add the everyone user and change it to full control.
