In previous versions of SharePoint Online, you could create a unique public site that could then be accessed anonymously by outside users. For the need to do some corporate image display needs, this is more practical, but for some reasons, Microsoft in January 2015 removed this feature.
Microsoft will continue to serve 2 years for customers who have already used this feature, but Microsoft recommends using a third-party partner for new users. Can be viewed here, mainly by two suppliers, GoDaddy and Wix.com. In their place, you can create sites of the public type.
Without the public site, how to share the content to anonymous people?
Microsoft offers some methods here, but it doesn't have the effect of randomly turning on anonymous access.
