Multiple video input devices shared

A video input device has been connected to the computer but wants to use the newly purchased camera.

When a computer is connected to multiple video input devices, the system uses the default device, which may affect the user's use of the new camera. The best way to solve this situation is to disable other devices. Perform the following steps to complete the operation.

1. Open the Control Panel and double-click the Multimedia icon.

2. Select "Multimedia", then select Device.

3. Turn on the video Capture Devices, and then double-click the name of the existing capture device to open a dialog box to display the corresponding properties.

4. The user can then set the driver for the specific video device to be valid or invalid.
