Netbackup Media Server Deployment Error

1. Install the TS3100 Tape Library driver (I forgot to install the tape library is not recognized)
2. Install Media server and connect to master server
3. Backup error with Media server
Info: Symantec NBU with status 59:access to the client is not allowed
Cause: The client configuration file does not increase media server

The information is as follows:
SERVER = win2008r2
　　　　SERVER = Win2008media
Client_name = ZFPT3
connect_options = localhost 1 0 2

Note: SERVER = Win2008media is the new media SERVER host name
