NetScaler Policy-based log action
The general idea is that we want to see the system and the business log are all from audit for full-text viewing (at most, the log rating), generally only occurs when errors occur, but if you want to see how a strategy is executed or has a special purpose, for the general device is no way. NetScaler can customize the log based on policy, which greatly facilitates the implementation of debug and validation policies. Of course you can also open the hole and do something else.
The configuration method is as follows:
Create a new log server first under audit
Enter the IP and port of the server, and the level of logging to be sent (if used for debug, select only a small number of log levels to reduce the amount of log)
If the user configurable log message is not selected, the log format will not be defined
After selecting the following log
Create a new log policy and associate the server
Bind the Syslog policy to the global (this is very important, otherwise not out of the log, seemingly only tied to vSERVER)
Create a new message action to customize the format of the log output and the corresponding level
Defining log output formats and levels
Create the new policy you want, with URL transformation as an example
In the log action of the policy, select the action that you just defined in the message action
The output log can be seen after the policy hit
