NetSuite Order Review Issues

Sales Order Approval Auto-Send mail issue:

The sales order interface has the "Submit Audit" button, click Submit will automatically send an email to the approver, this approver can achieve the designation sent to the sales team "main" members?

Options

-In the mail system, define the email address of the salesperson as a group, so that NS sends a message to this special email address, and the mail system is automatically sent to the person in a sales group.

--Configure the "primary" member of this sales team to complete the mail system, regardless of NS.

-Enable sales team features in NS, Setup > Company > Enable Features > CRM > Sales

-- Check this box to assign sales teams to transactions and customers.

Team selling allows calculate split commission for multiple sales reps on a transaction. Field id:teamselling

Questions about editing the process after the order review:

Sales orders and purchase orders, is only the financial open only after the lock, we are now the idea is to do the audit after the sales Representative has no permission to change, only the supervisor can be modified, after the financial open a single lock, I hope you can give better suggestions.

Options:

-Setup > Accounting Preferences > Order Management > REQUIRE re-approval on EDIT of SALES order

-- Check this box to require re-approval if someone edits a sales order that is previously approved.

Note:if You-edit a sales order while using a role with permission to approve sales orders, a sales order status was not SE T to the Pending Approval status.

Note:partially fulfilled sales orders is not affected by this preference. Once a sales order is partially fulfilled, the status cannot being changed back to pending approval.

-Add Script to locked sales order when it's status is approved, and has the validation for supervisor to modify.
