Workaround:
Control Panel, add Hardware, (Win7 and after the hardware is not included this option, can be entered in cmd then enter Hdwwiz.exe to open the hardware. I've also connected this hardware--Add new hardware devices--Install My manual list select hardware (advanced), network adapter, Manufacturer: Microsoft Network connection: Microsoft Loopback Adapter and then proceed to the next step. It's all right to join. You can then see a "local connection" in your network and Sharing center, with an IP address (for example: 192.168.0.1).
After that you go again and check your network configuration requirements.
