Error message:

Tip: Configure Microsoft LoopBack Adapter as your system's primary network adapter.
Workaround:
Control Panel, add Hardware, (Win7 and no hardware added after this option, you can enter in cmd then enter Hdwwiz.exe to turn on adding hardware. I've also connected this hardware, add New hardware devices, install My manual list select hardware (advanced), network adapter, Manufacturer: Microsoft Network connection: Microsoft Loopback Adapter and then proceed to the next step, Add it to the finish. You can then see a "local connection" in your network and Sharing center, with an IP address (for example: 192.168.0.1).
Then you can re-check your network configuration requirements.
