Updating files is a program written by the news maintainer locally. You can use multiple tools to write files. Here, the author uses a program written in Delphi. I will not elaborate more here.
The updated file is characterized by six fields separated by chr (255), which can be used as a tag between fields when news is automatically updated.

News_Title document name

News_HtmlPath storage path
News_ImgPath: path for storing images
