The Nokia standard is a list of Simple testing questions within Nokia to determine whether a team is actually using scrum.
The problem is as follows:
Part 1: Are you doing iterative development?
Are you using iterative testing (a basis for scrum)
1.1 iterations must be timeboxed to less than 4 weeks *
The iteration cycle must be limited in length and less than 4 weeks?
- Yes Our iterations are 4 weeks or less
- No
1.2 software features must be tested and working at the end of each iteration *
Software functions must be tested and work at the end of each iteration
- Yes our features are tested and working by the end of the iteration
- No
1.3 The iteration must start before specification is complete *
Before the Product Requirement Specification is completed, iteration has started (developed and improved)
- Yes we start the iteration before the specs are complete
- No
Part 2: Are you doing scrum?
The second part is whether a decision is made using scrum.
2.1 you know who the product owner is *
You know who is the product owner
2.2 There is a product backlog prioritized by business value *
There is a list of product functions sorted by customer value (many people say, "there should be ......" Key: Have you ever seen it? Haha)
2.3 The product backlog has estimates created by the Team *
The product function list contains the workload estimated by the development team.
2.4 The team generates burndown charts and knows their velocity *
The development team has a BDC (combustion chart, ashes graph) indicating their development speed
2.5 There are no project managers (or anyone else) disrupting the work of the Team *
The team's work will not be forced by the Project Manager or others.
- Our work is not disrupted
- Our work is regularly disrupted
