Ntldr is missing fault solution

After attending the class, I opened the student's server in the data center and the result was not able to start normally. The following message is displayed: "ntldr is missing, press any key to restart ". This can be broken. This server is a domain server. The settings of the student's machine are logon to the domain, and the hard drive of the student's machine is protected. The students' homework and materials are all stored on this server. Re-installation of the system is definitely too late, and may cause data loss. The author quickly finds the cause of the fault on the Internet and learns that it is likely ntldt, ntdetect.com, boot. INI files are lost or damaged. So I quickly ran to the server of another data center (the two servers were set the same) and searched for "ntldr". The results showed that all the three files were in the root directory of drive C, immediately copy the three files to the C root directory of the faulty server and restart the computer. In a hurry, I suddenly thought of using the "fault recovery console" to fix the fault, and the result was truly urgent. The procedure is as follows:

1. Start the computer with the installation disk of Windows 2000 and enter the installation interface of Windows 2000 Server;

2. The page prompts "to fix Windows 2000 Chinese version installation, press R" and press R to continue;

3. The page prompts the "use the fault recovery console to repair Windows 2000 installation" option, and press the C key to continue;

4. The error recovery console prompts "C:/winnt. Which Windows 2000 installation do you want to log on )?", Enter "1" here, and then press Enter;

5. Enter the administrator password and press Enter;

6. type copy F:/simpchin/Windows2000/Server/i386/ntldr C:/and press Enter, you can use the search command to find the location of the ntldr file, which is generally in the i386 directory. "F:" is the drive letter of my CD );

7. Type copy F:/simpchin/Windows2000/Server/i386/ntldr C:/, and press Enter. The system prompts you to overwrite the file, Type Y, and press Enter.

Restart the computer. When the school bell rings, the server is started normally.
