Remember to receive an email about Office Live Workspace last month, which briefly explains how to use Office Web Apps to edit/share Office documents in SkyDrive. Today, when I uploaded the source code using SkyDrive, I just saw the updated SkyDrive interface, so I experienced the functions of Office Web Apps.

Create document
In Office Web Apps, you can create four types of documents: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
Create a new Word document and name it "audit document 1.docx ".
Edit document
After the document is created, it is automatically transferred to the editing page. The page of the Word Web App in appears to be basically the same as that of Microsoft Word 2010.
The usage is the same as Microsoft Word 2010. Save the edited document.
Shared document
Exit the editing page and return to the document list. You can share the edited document with others.
Click "embed" to copy the code on the page to a blog or website and share it with others for download.
Embed the shared code into this article. If you can see the document 1.docx icon below, it means the code has been successfully embedded.
<iframe title="Preview" scrolling="no" marginheight="0" marginwidth="0"
frameborder="0" style="width: 98px; height: 115px; padding: 0; background-color: #fcfcfc;"

</iframe>
Document settings
In the "more" menu, you can also move, copy, rename, download, and set attributes for the document.
Download the document to your local disk.
The downloaded document can still be opened in Microsoft Word 2010 and edited.
When you need to edit office documents without the corresponding software support, you can use office Web apps to conveniently edit documents and share them with users who need to view them in a timely manner.
