After logging on to the page, there is a lot of information, a little calm professional friends look at the page address to know what it means, "UnrecognizedUser. aspx ", yes, at this time, although you have a valid Windows Live account, but not a member of the Office Live family, now you have to create your Office Live identity. Some friends may feel uncomfortable when they see full text in English. Don't worry, Office Live has not been officially released in mainland China, and you will be afraid to read English in the future, how can we achieve business across the ocean.

The first thing we need to do today is to create a Workspace. That is to say, our first task is to build a team collaboration platform, first set up the work model, and then open it in the future. In the prompt information on the current page, the Workspace is first mentioned. You can click Sign Up to jump to the homepage of the Workspace, Because Office Live has not yet been released in mainland China, therefore, the interface language of Chinese users in mainland China is generally set to traditional Chinese. I think it is a bit awkward to watch traditional Chinese on the computer, so I directly changed it to English. Now, click "Get Start Now" and we will go to the main interface of the Workspace.

I believe many of my friends can see at a glance that the original Workspace was built by SharePoint, right? Small Business is also built by SharePoint, as for how to use SharePoint to build the Office Live platform and how to build it, it is not the content to be discussed in this series. This platform already exists. What we need to pay attention to now is what we can do with this platform. Entering a new page is like running a new software. Click here to see what functions are available. You can create multiple documents, such as tabs, lists, tasks, contacts, events, and Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents. The default format is Office 2007. Of course, we can also directly upload one or more documents from the local machine to the Workspace. Now we will try to create a notebook, a contact, and then upload a Word sample document to see the effect.

Well, the effect is really good, It is very convenient to operate, and when editing different types of documents, there will be different toolbar at the top of the window, the function is really practical and considerate. Wait, there seems to be another feature, sharing the screen! However, this function needs to be downloaded and installed with Microsoft SharedView. Fortunately, it will be more than 3 m. If it is not big, just download it. After installation, select "Share Screen" in the "Share" menu bar. A toolbar and a logon window will appear at the top of the Screen, after entering the account name and password, you can click Start a new session to Start a new network conversation, which greatly facilitates the team members to conduct meetings and exchanges over the network. However, I am quiet at night, and I am a lone male and female. it is not convenient to demonstrate the effect. If you are interested, study it on your own.

Of course, you can also create a new Workspace. When creating a new Workspace, Microsoft provides a variety of Workspace templates. If you directly select a template to create a Workspace, you can also get some commonly used file templates in the application scenarios represented by this template, which is very convenient, fast, and efficient! By the way, we do not advocate network collaboration. Now we use the Project Workspace template to create a new Workspace and share the work environment with AutumoonCooperator. Select Share Workspace in the Share button drop-down box and enter the AutumoonCooperator@live.com account in the Editor or Viewer bar (depending on the role of the other party ), then, send the shared notification. Next, log on to the AutumoonCooperator account, find this email in the inbox, and find the corresponding link to enter the shared Workspace.

Okay, so far, we already have the background, you only need to upload documents and other materials related to your team's work and set different access and operation permissions for different team members.

In addition, you can download and install Office Live Update to make it easier for local Office programs to use the Office Live service. For example, after installation, you can find the Options "Open From Office Live" and "Save To Office Live" in the Application menu of Word 2007, after logging on to the Office Live account, you can easily interact files locally with the server. In this way, wherever you or your colleagues are, as long as they can access the Internet, they can continue to play their roles in the team.
