OneNote 2010: how to quickly recognize and extract text from images

OneNote 2010 has a very powerful function, that is, image and text recognition. This function can be used to conveniently extract text information from images quickly.


Procedure:

1. On the OneNote notebook page, find the image you want to extract document information from, right-click it, and execute the "copy text in image" command in the shortcut menu, as shown in Figure 1:

 

 

2. In this way, the text information in the image is copied to the clipboard. Click anywhere outside the image and press Ctrl + v ", in this way, the text information in the image is extracted, as shown in Figure 2:

 

 

3. For business cards and images with low definition in Chinese, there may be some identification errors. You need to extract them and verify them before using them.
