Oozie Dispatch Sqoop under Hue

Test environment cdh5.4.8,hue3.7

(1) Enter the Hue interface, login, here to re-establish a Oozie account, using the default admin can also.

(4) Drag the SQOOP1 to the specified position

(5) Write the Sqoop statement in the interface that you want to execute, click Add

(6) Click on the gear, add sqoop to perform before the action needed to execute, here need to sqoop import before deleting the existing folder, that is Sqoop target-dir, you can add the need to produce the directory, click on the top right button to return after execution.

(7) Sqoop import to hive needs to read hive configuration information, click File

(8) Upload the Hive-site.xml file to HDFs and select the location of the file.

(9) Save job

(10) Submit job, go to job status

(11) definition can see automatically generated configuration file

(12) When all turns green, the execution succeeds.

(13) The status and execution log of the converted Mr Task can be seen in MapReduce
