There is a problem under Windows, Linux does not have this problem.

Installation Environment: Tomcat+mysql
Put the Opencms.war file under Tomcat's WebApps folder, start Tomcat, enter Http://localhost:8080/opencms/setup install as prompted, automatically generate OpenCms database and its database tables.

Download the document module on the official web OpenCmsDocumentation-9.5.1, in the Quick Start-module management-import modules via HTTP, import files separately com.alkacon.opencms.documentation.content-9.5.5.zip and COM . Alkacon.opencms.documentation-9.5.5.zip, Ccom.alkacon.opencms.documentation.content-9.5.5.zip the site before importing the file sites/default/*.
Restart Tomcat after successful import.
Modify the file Opencms-system.xml under the Webapps\opencms\web-inf\config folder, set Chinese (you may need to restart Tomcat after you modify the settings), and change the user language in the user information.
