Open-Source Digital Media Asset Management System: Razuna

Razuna is an open-source Digital Media Asset Management System Written in Java. It has powerful functions and can be used to manage digital media resources in various formats.

The installation and configuration of Razuna on the local machine is still complicated. This is mainly because you need to process multiple media formats, such as videos, audios, and images. Therefore, you need to install many audio and video processing programs.

The logon page. This is a system-managed page, not a page of actual digital media assets. You can configure various system parameters on this page. To go to the actual digital asset management page, click "Load tenant" at the top of the page to log on to the digital asset management page.

Note: Previously, the ffmpeg included in ImageMagik and my local ffmpeg were added to the environment variable, causing a conflict. So I uninstalled ImageMagik. The result is that the system prompts that ImageMagik is not correctly installed. After an image is uploaded, it is also related to the failure to generate a thumbnail of the image.

The parameter settings page is on the left of the system. Displays the content in System Settings. There are many tabs: Storage, Database Settings, File type, and so on.

The content in Tenant Settings is displayed. There are many tabs: System Settings, Meta Tags, and so on. Setting the storage location of media assets.

Displays the content in Users. Users can be managed.

Click "Load tenant" at the top of the page to log on to the digital asset management page. The interface is similar to Windows Resource Manager. You can create folders and upload media files.

We are preparing to upload two media resources. One is a flv video and the other is a JPEG audio.

After the upload is complete, click media on the page to edit the media information. The editable information of the media in Razuna is quite large.

The Razuna interface is easy to understand, so other functions are not recorded one by one.
