OpenNMS is an open source enterprise-class distributed network and system monitoring and management platform based on Java/xml. OpenNMS is a great tool for managing networks, showing the status and configuration of terminals and servers in the network, providing effective information for easy management of the network.
Previously studied for a period of time network monitoring system, access to the OPENNMS, here a simple record of its use of methods.

This project is open source, if necessary, can download the source code for two times development, or download the program to deploy themselves.
Click on the "Live Demo" at the top right of the site to enter the landing interface (http://demo.opennms.org/) of the OpenNMS demo system.
Default User name: Demo. Password: Demo.
Login to the home page after the system.
Click the first item "node List" in the menu bar to list all the nodes.
Click a node to view the details of that node. Includes the various states of the node.
Click the second item "Search" in the menu bar to find node information (you can find it by various criteria).
You can view the overall information by clicking Dashboard in the menu bar.
Click "Chart" in the menu bar to view the various statistics in the form of a chart.
You can view the topology of your network by clicking the "Maps"-> "Topology" in the menu bar.
Click "Maps"-> "Geographical" in the menu bar to view the physical address of the server.
