OpenNMS "Jrrd.dll not Found" error occurred during installation

Installing OPENNMS in Windows 2003 Server (virtual machine), there was an error jrrd.dll could not be found. Try to download jrrd-1.0.7.tar.gz from OPENNMS official website, found that no DLL files, need to compile themselves, and feel that Linux will appear this problem, so abandon the Chinese installation Guide, re-installed according to the steps of the official website.

1, after the installation of PostgreSQL, prompted to "Create a Database in Postgresql_root\data", so use "Initdb-e UTF-8-u postgres. \data ", error prompt does not have permissions, set permissions on folder to resolve this issue.

2, PostgreSQL need to start manually, using "Pg_ctl start-d". /data "" To start the database, you can already use Pgadmin to open the database.

3, install OPENNMS, this time already can pass normally, do not prompt jrrd.dll error. (but there are still problems in the process, do not know whether it will affect)

4, using "opennms.bat start" command, there are still Java errors, but login http://localhost:8980/opennms, you can already see the content of the Web publishing
