OpenStack Horizon CSS Offline modification

Openstack Horizon's CSS is mostly stored in several directories, horizon/static/dashboard/scss;horizon/openstack_dashboard/static/dashboard/ CSS; and horizon/openstack_dashboard/static/dashboard/scss.

Horzion will compress the CSS in these directories and use it. So if you directly modify the CSS files in these folders or like the official web-based modified horzion CSS method (below) modified CSS, offline Display page will encounter problems. The solution is given below.

Modify the OpenStack Horizon page CSS method as written on the official website:

Customize a CSS file, such as Custom.css, as below, and save to Openstack_dashboard/static/dashboard/css

Then modify the openstack_dashboard/templates/_stylesheets.html file to add the following sentence

<link href= ' {{static_url}} dashboard/css/custom.css ' media= ' screen ' Rel=stylesheet '/>

After you start Apache or run manager.py, the following error will be reported if the content is modified

This is precisely because horzion will be horizon/templates/horizon/_scripts.html;/openstack_dashboard/templates/_stylesheets.html and/ Horizon/templates/horizon/_conf.html three files for the reason of compressed storage, so the modification of local access will cause a detection error.

Solution into the following:

Once each modification is complete, execute the command once manage.py compress, let it re-compress the package, and then restart Apache.
