Closes all service items associated with the Oracle database.
Open cmd, enter orapwd file= filename password= user password entried=entries.
The filename should contain the full pathname, and if not specified, ORACLE places it by default under $oracle_home/dbs (Unix) or $oracle_home/database (NT).
