Download the appropriate uninstall tool from the website (or find the Deinstall directory under the installed Oracle_home directory, which has the uninstall tool deinstall)
Deinstall-home D:\oracle\11.2.0\client
Deinstall-home D:\oracle\product\11.2.0\client_1
During the uninstall process select Yes (or add other parameters, let him uninstall the Oracle, specific parameters reference website)
