Problem description:
The following error is reported when you log on to the database today because the notebook is often disabled and directly covered:
1. Using PLSQL login, error: ora-12514 error, TNS could not recognize service name
2. Log on to the Apsara stack console with the following error:

3. Log in as nolog under the command line, and then log on. The error is as follows:

Problem Analysis: All the above errors, are PLSQL login and so on are surface errors, the most fundamental error is the ORACE-28056 error, online search for reasons, belong:
An error occurred while writing logs from audit to Windows events,Writing audit records to Windows event log failed,The log is full.
It may be because there is no way to write the enventlog,
Solution:
The solution is very simple. Open my computer, choose "manage"> "Event Viewer"> "application", right-click "log on to" normally ", and restart the Oracle service. The database can log on normally, solve the problem !!!
