ORA-24324: uninitialized Service handle ORA-01041: Internal error, hostdef extension does not exist.

SQL> conn sys/nolog;
Error:
ORA-12560: TNS: protocol adapter error.

SQL> conn Scott/[email protected];
Error:
ORA-12514: TNS: The Listener currently cannot identify the Service requested in the connection Descriptor

(The service manager starts the service program manually. After restarting the listener, the connection is normal)
