Environment: AIX 11.2.0.3 RAC

Symptom: Node 1 operating system cannot connect, Node 2 shows RAC service status OK, 15 minutes after connection recovery

Check for OS max_client%=90 and max_perm%=90, set too high, low memory in large number of connections, causing system to be unresponsive

It is recommended that max_client% and max_perm% be set to 15% .

Note: This parameter is primarily limited to the proportion of OS physical memory used (or directly occupied) by Aix Filesysemcache
