Cause of the error:
This error is caused by the following operations!
Upgrade TortoiseSVN to TortoiseSVN-1.8.0.24401-x64-svn-1.8.0 official
Version before Upgrade: 1.6.7
After Upgrade: 1.8.0
Run Upgrade for the local Checkout version:

The upgrade to TortoiseSVN is definitely caused by the SVN plug-in version used by Eclipse. The error message indicates that the client is too old for working copies.
Subclipse-http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.8.x was used before
Try to upgrade subclipse.
Upgrade directly to subclipse-http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.10.x without version 1.9.x
This warning does not matter. Just click "OK.
After subclipse is upgraded, the problem is solved. After testing, no other problems are caused.
