The latest progress of the OSS series is as follows:
I. OSS. Social Progress
1. Upgrade the customer service interface to the new Customer Service Interface
2. Modify the RecMsg string type in BaseRecMsg to the xml type.
3. Add the Redis cache registration implementation. For the code, see test the WxBaseTests file.
4. Added unit tests for stores and customer service.

2. added the OSS. PayCenter open-source project (based on the 2017 standard library)
1. Complete basic payment framework construction
2. Complete unified order, query and refund interfaces (to be tested in production)
The refund interface is delayed for some time, mainly involving certificate binding. in the current version of net standard, HttpClientHandler only provides the certificate usage option and does not provide the ClientCertificates attribute of the certificate set, but fortunately. net core and Framework have already been running.
