Perhaps your account does not having write access to this directory? If the
Installation directory is a system-owned directory, which is need
As the administrator or "root" account. If you don't have administrative
Access to the wish to choose a different installation
directory, preferably one, listed in your PYTHONPATH environment
Variable.

Try to set the target directory to unlock the display state (hidden by default under Lion)

If it doesn't work, please sudo-s.
