Outlook cannot create File:outlook not creating a file problem

Symptom: When a user writes a message to add an attachment, it prompts:

Cannot create File:file name. Right-click the folder you want to create the "file in" and click Properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder.

And I added another file attachment is no problem, is this document a problem? Open view, no problem found.

Reason: Outlook Secure Temp folder permissions are removed

Workaround: Open Registry Editor-edit-Search the--outlooksecuretempfolder--copy path, open, close Outlook, change the name of the folder, restart Outlook, and add attachments.
