Outlook cannot open hyperlink

The prompt box in outlook is as follows:

"This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator ."

Check the registry key values and change them"Htmlfile", Without quotation marks.

Hkey_classes_root \. htm \ (default)

Hkey_classes_root \. html \ (default)

HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Classes \. htm \ (default)

HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Classes \. html \ (default)

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Classes \. htm \ (default)

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Classes \. html \ (default)

 

Check the following registry key value and change it"C: \ Program Files \ Internet Explorer \ ipolice.exe"-nohome. It must be case sensitive, with quotation marks.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Classes \ htmlfile \ shell \ open \ command

 

My outlook finally got rid of the problem of being unable to open a hyperlink.

I also found the reason for these registry key values being modified, which is caused by notepad ++.
