Outlook Common Failures

Outlook often has minor glitches, and these glitches can be resolved by reopening Outlook:

1. Can not see the Chinese font in the message, Chinese display as blank

2. You cannot copy text from a message when you write a new message or reply to a message

3. Write new mail or reply to the message, insert text will automatically delete the following text

4. Unable to send and receive mail, although the status bar shows connected to Microsoft Exchange
