Before office 2013 comes out, we want to reply to a message on outlook, first by double-clicking Mouse to open the message, and then replying to the message via the reply or Forward button on the menu bar, but you don't need to do that in Outlook 2013. Reply: Just reply to the sender of the message is a person, does not include attachments;
All replies: Reply to all the people in the mail, including CC,BCC users, do not include attachments
Forwarding: With attachments, you need to manually enter the recipient;
Instant Messaging: Starting with Outlook 2010, Lync 2010 Instant Messaging tools are built in, and users can initiate instant chat with related contacts directly through Lync;
